Health Clinic
Here you will find helpful information about our school clinic and what medical records and what medical requirements are needed to be able to attend school.
All 6th graders need a Tdap immunization before entering the 7th grade. This immunization needs to be received after the age of 10. We need a copy of that immunization in the Health Clinic for your students' health record, 30 days from the first day of 7th grade or your student risks being suspended until we obtain the immunization document.
Please try not to wait until the last minute as appointments fill up quickly.
Our nurses ask you to please keep your phone numbers updated in PowerSchool.
