Myrtle Beach Middle School has combined Book Club with Horry County School District’s Middle School Battle of the Books. Mr. Higgins, the school library media specialist, is our sponsor. Upon request, a list of books will go home that students will be reading and answering questions about at a competition on April 3, 2025. Once the competition is complete, our book club will go back to its regular activities of reading books and discussing them. Book club is a low-key place for students to share their love of reading. Currently, our team/club is on hiatus, but we continue to recruit new members and hope to be back soon.
